Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union, in another state of the European Economic Area (EEA, e.g. Norway) or in the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, received the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last of them.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the digital withdrawal function in our online shop (button "Cancel contract") or inform us by a clear statement sent by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. We will give you the return address when we confirm your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For bulky parts (e.g. bumpers, diffusers) this cost can be higher than for an ordinary parcel; on request we will tell you the expected cost.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. fitting, painting or use.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, e.g. parts painted, shortened, adapted or coded at your request.

For orders from customers resident in Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This does not affect the warranty for defects (terms section 11).
